Before you give care properties as a previous landlord reference go to their office first and ask them if they can give you a previous landlord reference first because l was embarrassed by them they said that they don't know me and the letting agency l was looking to rent thought l was lying about being a tenant there and l went to their office in 188a roundhay Road and eventually they agreed to give me a previous landlord reference. They said that they couldn't find my name because l left 3 years ago but 3 years is not that long ago they should keep a record of all their tenants since the beginning
