Wow, what an amazing service from Mark, who came out only a few hours after I rang him from returning from my holiday to find out that my hot water wouldn't work. Not a crisis, but inconvenient. Very pleasant and engaging man, explained what he was doing and the cost of repair was music to my ears. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service, and will not hesitate to call you in the future.

I've known David & Mark since I came over about 13 years ago from Yorkshire as a missionary for these Lancashire folk!!!! They came highly recommended & I have used them for all our family's plumbing needs. They have always been very efficient, reliable, professional & tidy .... although it does cost an arm & a leg in teabags!!
I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job large or small.
