Emotion Focused Therapy is an extended form of counselling that offers specific ways of intervening on a psychological problem. You have your thoughts, emotions, behaviour and your physiology. All of these things sit in your environment, where you live, work and play. Various types of counselling intervene at different points, there are no significant differences in outcomes between the main types, however, some people prefer particular types.

I originally trained as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, trained in several types of counselling. Later I studied psychotherapy and took advanced training for emotion focus therapy for individuals and emotionally focused therapy for couples. They sound similar because they are from the same academic family but they are completely different.

First, however, I would like to say thanks for taking the time to visit my site, I realise that every visitor comes for their own reasons. Some come to find a person who can help them immediately with emotional pain and distress; others come looking for help, for friends and loved ones. Listed below are the fees that I charge to cover all expenses in providing my service to you. Online fees are less since my travel is removed. I request 48 hours advanced payment for face to face room sessions, normally by electronic bank transfer. This covers room bookings, time, travel, casework before and after the session.
Currently working at the locations listed below. I provide a service that covers a large area and travel between these locations in order to see people as soon as possible. I work privately and use these premises, I do not work for the businesses at these premises, although they will take calls relating to my practice if urgent.
This information is for people seeking online therapy and seeks to inform and clarify what you will receive from my service. I am a qualified and registered Humanistic Integrative Counsellor who uses Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT, Psychotherapy) with couples and individuals.

Additionally, my practice is informed by university studies in Psychology, Sociology, Fear & Sadness, Neurology, Online working, and key issues in mental health including Anxiety, Depression, Dementia, and behavioural issues.I continuously develop and update my therapy practice based on current research findings.
