First class dentist that has sorted my dental treatment in a kind, efficient and caring manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending the staff here! We have been providing general family dentistry for many years for over 30 years to a wide range of patients who come from all over East Lothian.
Due to our team's friendly nature and vast experience, we even have patients who come from Australia to see us! Read and Watters is led by the practice principal, Mr Adam Wright and consists of two practices. Our Port Seton practice has been recently refurbished and is located on Links Road in the centre of the town.

Services
There are two Read and Watters surgeries located in East Lothian, one in Haddington and one in Port Seton. Each of our dentists is registered with the General Dental Council and have carried out further post graduate training. This means that after qualifying as a general dentist, each of our team has studied further to ensure that they are up to date with the most recent dental techniques.
We pride ourselves on giving you the first-class care you need to keep your smile healthy. We're all committed to continuous education and learning. Which means we can work with you to give you the best possible results. Adam qualified from Newcastle University in 2012 and joined the team in Haddington in 2013.

Best practice ever been to. All staff are lovely and friendly. Sarah in particular is a fantastic dentist with nervous patients (me!) I would highly recommend sarah if you are at all nervous. She puts you at ease and doesn’t make you feel silly for being nervous.
Always easy to get appointments too!

Recently had a dental implant and the care and level of service has been great. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as generally my teeth are in good condition and never really needed much doing. The implant being put into my jaw was painless and the tooth on top is great. It’s just like my own tooth . I just wish I had registered here before.
The guys on reception are always cheerful and polite and the same can be said for the dentists I saw (Mrs Fryers and Mr Wright) and the hygienists (Mrs Hall and Mrs Marshall)
Thanks again
Mr H Grant
