After many years of feeling unhappy with my mal-aligned teeth (despite orthodontic work carried out as a child) I finally decided to get them sorted out once and for all. I found Craigentinny Dental online and, after a brief exchange of emails with the dentist; John Booth, I decided to head along to see what they could do for me. From the beginning John was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions as he explained the various options that were open to me. There was never any pressure and I was encouraged to take the information away and make decisions at my leisure.

I attended Craigentinny Dental Practice open night for nervous patients in April,having never visited a dentist for years due to a chronic fear of them. I was that nervous of dential treatment that I once had a raging toothache,went to the dentist got the injections and when I was asked to sit in the waiting room,i fled with the fear.
Getting desperate as my mouth was a mess, I looked on the internet under fear of the dentist, and found out that Craigentinny were having a open night which I decided to attend.Not only was there fear, I was also very embarresed with the state of my teeth.

Having been very dissatisfied by a large commercial private practice in Edinburgh, I recently moved to this dentist and have been extremely pleased with the service available
I've since had a new patient checkup, hygenist treatment and a small filling and of the half dozen dentists I've seen over the years, I'd rate this practice as one of the best.
What amazed me most was that my dentist there, David Kilroy, managed to give me the first entirely pain free dental injection I've ever had (and I've had quite a few having had wisdom teeth removed under a local before
