Coming for your regular 6 month dental check-up is the most important way to prevent any problems with your teeth and gums and so that any issues can be discovered as soon as possible. At every check up your dentist will carry out a comprehensive examination of your head and neck area as well as your mouth, including muscles and jaw joints.
We have been involved in implant dentistry for over a decade and our dentist Andrew Jeffrey has been placing dental implants for over 8 years. We are experienced in talking through all aspects of the surgery and process with you at your own pace and making sure all of your questions are answered. Whether it be a single tooth missing or to fill bigger gaps, it is the most successful modern option for replacing missing teeth.
Teeth whitening (or bleaching) is a great and easy way to improve the appearance and colour of your teeth. Over time teeth can become discoloured or stained and teeth whitening can predictably lighten the teeth shade. It is a safe treatment when carried out by our experienced dental professionals. It is non-invasive to the tooth structure and can avoid the need for extensive treatment like veneers or crowns.
Our friendly dentist Ashley Chisholm provides a range of short term teeth straightening treatments. This ranges from "fixed braces" such as Six Month Smiles which use clear brackets and tooth coloured wires, these generally need to be worn for 6-9 months. This is a highly successful way of straightening teeth, fast acting and nearly invisible.

Having had every dentist I have ever had hurt me, I can not recommend this practice enough. Most gentle dentist (Grace Leek) I have ever had, that cured me of my fear of dentists in one visit. I didn’t even notice the needle or fingers in my mouth. I will now be visiting more often again. Fabulous treatment and explained everything in detail whilst not wanting to do unnecessary treatment. Brilliant.

Ashleigh has been our dentist for many years now and treats the whole family. Having had a fear of dentists after having a few bad experiences when younger, I was nervous when Ashleigh first started trating me, however, there was no need as she is fantastic at her job! Always puts you at ease, always makes you feel like you're doing a good job and gives advice at what you can do better without making you feel bad. Root canal treatment was a breeze and we always look forward to our next visit, child included! Our teeth are in safe hands with Ashleigh!

Like many, I despise the dentist, but Dr Jeffrey put me at ease. He was incredibly gentle. I can handle a bit of roughhousing but I’ve been to dentists that accidentally drilled into my tongue and injected me with anthestetic in the wrong place so it was so nice to have such a genuine dentist. His demeanor is friendly and approachable. Believe it or not I actually enjoyed my visit with him and he made me keen to cut out sugar and care for my teeth. He said where I was doing well and where I was letting myself down instead of just negatively judging me and making me feel really terrible about

After a troubling experience with another dentist, I was astounded by the breadth of professionalism and knowledge that my dentist Ashley demonstrated. I would highly recommend, and it explains why there is such a waiting list. My advice is wait on the list and get in - your teeth don't self heal and you only get one chance to make it right!
