Counselling is a safe, confidential and non judgmental process between the counsellor and the client. Counselling is carried out with empathy and the counsellor attempts to metaphorically step into the client's shoes. All manner of issues can be addressed safely within a counselling relationship and it is hoped that as the counselling process continues a positive outcome is achieved.
Within counselling it is hoped that at some stage a connection is made between you and the counsellor. This doesn't mean that you become the best of friends but it does mean that you can work together; and work together in such a way that a trusting relationship does develop and within that relationship a therapeutic alliance develops.

This lady has no empathy, no compassion and no idea how to address people. She is not good in a group and does not have the aptitude or see below the surface. She is shallow and judgemental and not fit to be a counsellor in my opinion
