Chats was a brilliant estate agent and so helpful. The process has been smooth thanks to him being so responsive when we needed to get in contact. Chats is professional but incredibly friendly, making each time we viewed the place an enjoyable experience. We got all the information we needed from him and great advice. Chats and his team went above and beyond with their highly responsive service and hands on advice. In a recent let the previous tenant left the place in a mess. Chatter from Hanley helped me with my rental in London. It was a bit challenging as I had to finalise the place from India before I arrived in London - Chats was super helpful from the word go and has been very patient and efficient through the entire process. Horrible estate agency.. My girlfriend and I found a flat we liked (posted that day) and contacted this estate agency about it.
After two days of "he will call you back" we finally reached the correct agent (by calling him back ourselves) and he confirmed that this particular property is available. We then expressed our interest and asked for a possibility 10 month contract. He said that 11 months would be possible but that he would confirm and get back to us as soon as possible. Naturally, we stopped our search and waited for his response.
After this he did not return our phone calls
