Services
The MOT test was originally called the 'Ministry of Transport' test now it is simply referred to as the MOT test. All MOT testing stations are regulated by the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), a government body. The DVSA state you must keep any vehicles driven on the road In a roadworthy condition and results are updated on a database.
At first we start with our diagnosis, then we will communicate this with you, to gain your permission (unless pre-authorised ) along with costing. At Arundel Road Garage we understand the need to not be without your car for any longer than necessary and we work hard to ensure that each job is carried out in a timely and professional fashion.
At Arundel Road Garage we have access to genuine manufacturers parts as well as aftermarket parts for all makes and models. Additionally, we use a high-quality engine oil on all of our customer vehicles, matched to the manufacturers specification. When you add this to a fully equipped workshop and knowledgeable and efficient technicians, it makes sense to book your service here?
At Arundel Road Garage we are able to identify any issues within your entire braking system. We believe that your safety is paramount. If you have any concerns with the performance of your brakes or are experiencing 'grinding' noises from your car please do not hesitate to call us and book a brake inspection in.
A hugely important factor of safety as your tyres are the only part of your car that actually touches the road. Our conscientious technicians can carry out a tyre check and tell you if you need new tyre(s) and replace them as necessary. Naturally this is also part of a Vehicle Service too. We can supply and fit all top manufacturers, from premium, mid-range and budget and our price will always include valve and wheel balance*.

Critical:Â Professionalism
I have used this garage in the past with favourable results Hence my return due to a failed mot and car needing a part fitted in order to make road worthy. Sadly I am still without my car and to date no work has been carried out.... The garage seem to be stalling the much needed work with excuses of non receipt

Disgusted by this garage.
Asked for a price for a service on the phone, £180. Agreed and had my car booked in. 2 WEEKS LATER and my car is ready to be collected. FINALLY.
Looked at the invoice and it's £280?! I absolutely did not agree to this price and i've no idea what is going on. Trading standards contacted!!!

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on this page,
In recent months this place has gone from an ok garage, slightly overpriced to full blown rip off merchant. Making up work and charging excessive costs from thin air.
The owner is having health issues and it seems like its going to close and they're doing a money grab!
TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Borderline scam.

My family and I have taken our cars to Daryl and the team on numerous occasions and they have always provided an excellent service. They have even gone out their way to save me money and have often done me favours. I can't recommend them enough and I would always trust Lloydy with my cars.

Always a pleasure doing business with Arundel Road Garage. The staff are extremely welcoming and always ready to help you with whatever it is you need, no matter how small. The work is always completed very efficiently and to a high standard. They will try and accommodate you as much as they can as they constantly want to help their customers. Took my Audi down to Arundel Road garage recently to have it Remapped I was met by Daryl and Saffron who took great care of not only me but my new car. I can honestly say that the work they done on my car was amazing. It's so much more economical with extra power where needed. Will definitely be taking my car back if I require any further work to my car. 100% satisfied.

I have always found all the staff to be friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Every problem is met with a "can do" attitude and they have resolved every mechanical problem that I have presented to them.
The quality of their work and service is always of the highest standard and they never undertake additional work that they identify without discussion with myself first.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Whole team so friendly and helpful. Love that I am greeted by Saffron in reception, always has a smile on her face and makes me feel totally welcome. The owner, Daryl will go out of his way to ensure everything is completed to perfection Michael,Lloyd and Cam always explain what has been done, and will advise me about future works
