I have worked on and off for Pollock scotrans for maybe 20 years. I can honestly say they are the best company I have worked for as an HGV driver. From the man at the top to the rest of the guys in the office, I've worked with them all and have an immense amount of respect for them.
But for my own stupidity, I'd still be there. Great tackle good wages, for the most part good camaraderie. Good lads to work with. I wish them all the luck in the world with the Gregory acquisition of Pollock, and hope to see you again in December 2022.

Stuck behind one of their lorries on the A9 this morning for well over an hour. We stopped for coffee rather than continue at 40 mph and ten minutes later traffic is still going by. As an ex Class one driver I fully understand the speed limit is 40 mph however as Scottish haulage company I would expect them to train their drivers to pull over in the Highlands to let traffic past.

I was on the B9131 today about 1515hrs travelling at 60mph when one of your drivers decided to pull out of a junction on the opposite side of the road coming directly into my path. I flashed my lights at him for being an idiot to be hurled a load of abuse. Is this common place for your drivers or just this one? A danger to other road users. Thank you for your email - I hope he is dealt with before he kills someone.

Worked here for a brief period before moving on due to lack of health and safety, workers are made to feel bottom of the barrel . State of some of the vehicles on the road are truly shocking in professional opinion and dangerous. Was more disgusted to be found they have illegaly withheld wages for the last week worked during a pandemic when people and myself with a family are truly struggling Avoid this company at all costs.
