With a combined 50 years' experience in dealing with accountancy and taxation, the Directors are well placed to provide the essential and most beneficial advice needed. Having had their own companies, our Directors are conversant with the many issues involved in setting up and running a company. FCA qualified, Richard qualified in 1986 and started his own practice in 2004, which has now developed into Wesley Cooper Ltd.
Richard has extensive experience in dealing with small and medium size businesses and offers practical advice and support resulting in long associations with many of his clients. Richard has been a keen sportsman, playing rugby and football, although now limited to more of a spectator role. Simon has 17 years of tax experience having trained in a top 30 firm.

Services
Wesley Cooper offers accountancy and taxation support services to a wide range of clientele. Our services are based on each client's needs and we ensure that the support given is fully compliant with governing regulations. Our Directors will work with you through each stage of setting up your business, from the structure, whether it is for a limited company, sole trader or partnership, to the legal requirements necessary.
We do not have a fixed fee structure, as we believe that each client's needs are individual and should be treated accordingly. We maintain a clear flexible fee policy ensuring our clients are not crippled by unexpected bills at critical times. Wesley Cooper Ltd will go the extra mile in accommodating clients.
This will be the Chancellor's third Budget and the first one to revert. The government has confirmed that its triple-lock guarantee on pensions is to be abandoned for one year. The guarantee was first introduced in 2010 and has remained in place until now. This change is expected to see the introduction of a new 86,000 cap on care costs across an individual's.

We were a new start up company in the area and Wesley Cooper were recommended to us on a local network page, as we were unsure of where to go. We met Simon (Cooper) for an initial free consultation and he gave us some great advice on the initial steps we needed to take, in relation to starting the company as well as all tax associated issues. They helped with my transition from being a part-time PAYE worker in my old office to working full time in my own company.
Once we started to hire staff, they sorted out the payslips and pensions for us.
It is very much a one stop shop for all you need to
