We design our play centres to encourage physical and imaginative play for 3's and under in our toddler areas and 4's and over on the large play frames, disco rooms, bungee trampolines and electric cars. Our Fair Play Policy only works if our parents and guardians cooperate and encourage their children to play by the rules.

Took my 1 year old to a play area for the first time and he enjoyed it until we gave our order for our food. Half an hour went by no food and other that ordered after were getting food before us.
Went downstairs with my 1 year old only to be told that they forgot about it and missed it. Got a refund and manager was really nice and offered some chips for on the way home.

One star for toddlers (would give more for over 3s) but as I was taking my one year twins I felt robbed of the £9.50 charge for each toddler that can't walk and therefore can't independently use the attractions. £9.50 is the same charge as 3-11 years who have an enormously large area to play and probably more worth the money. Insanely expensive for toddlers- all under 3s should at least be half the price when they have only a fraction of the play area to explore.

My son had his 3rd birthday party here on Sunday our host was (Gemma) and she was amazing, very patient and engaged very well with both the children and adults. It was a breath of air knowing everything was hassle free and organised. The children absolutely enjoyed themselves I would definitely opt to have your party at Head Over Heels.

Fantastic place to keep the children entertained for a few hours. There's plenty of areas to explore and even has a sensory room for the babies. I would have given 5 stars, however I feel that the meal deal that I paid £13.99 for in advance was rather a con, as the meal only comes with a main and a drink, no desert. It would have been cheaper had I have bought them on the day separately, as this only came to around £8 at most! If there's any advice I'd give anyone for their first time would be to not to buy the meal deal online and have plenty of energy stored to chase after the children.
