Decided to go with Christchurch Mortgages for our first Mortgage after reading google reviews. Jasons knowledge on what to provide and how to display your finances was key when being self employed. I did have to repeat sending the same documentation over a few times, and had an issue with our life insurance setup but all in all happy we got it over the line.

I have been using Christchurch Mortgages to broker my mortgages for quite a few years now. I used to use online portals to compare mortgages and then I asked Justin what he could do. He found me better rates and knew what was happening in the market with the various providers and I have been a customer ever since. Brilliant professional service! I had contact with both Justin and Elaine from Christchurch Mortgages and they were both very professional and always responded quickly to any queries.
After being disappointed by the quality of service from a national company I decided to try this local broker at short notice. They were very quick to find a mortgage that suited me, and helped by running through my options.
