The Orchid House offers visitors wonderful panoramic views out across St Mary's harbour and accommodation for up to five people. Originally one of the Flower Farm outbuildings, housing the orchid collection, the Orchid House is a lovely base for a holiday, no matter what time of year. The front terrace, complete with garden furniture, overlooks the bay, perfect for sitting down in the evenings for a meal or drink as the sun goes down.
Adjoining the Orchid House is the Barley House, which, like its neighbour, provides guests with fantastic views out across the harbour. Whilst it also sleeps five, the accommodation is arranged in a different way, with the bedrooms all on the ground floor, and as a result both have sea views. There is a double room (4'6 bed) and a triple room.
For those looking for something completely different, The Summer House is a cedar building set within its own private garden, just metres from the edge of the sea bank. With views out across the garden and beyond to the harbour framed by the big picture window in the dining/sitting room, it is the secluded garden that make the Summer House perfect for those with children, giving them space to run.
