If you do not know whether you need a Cohabitation Agreement, speak to one of our family lawyers who will be able to advise you. A millionaire businessman is facing eviction from a castle on a country estate in Kent after allegations that he has used it to launder cash. A lovely thank you gift for Claire Kirwan, our brilliant Head of PI.

The client had initially tried to sort the accident claim herself but, after nearly 3 years & little success, instructed Claire who obtained 10 times the original offer made. Always instruct a solicitor. Contact a solicitor in our first class personal injury team if you are thinking of making a claim #youcantrustBlytheLiggins blytheliggins.co.uk/services/.

Tim Lester did my conveyancing,
This guy worked so hard to get completion for our preferred date,he even emailed me on a Sunday.
I lost one purchase through buying and selling ,he caught up in record time to complete my second purchase and keep the chain solid.
Very professional and patient with tough emails I sent him through stress of moving house.
All solicitors have been bombarded with sales through this spur of sales since Covid outbreak and stamp duty holiday.Tim I hold my hat up to you 5/5
I highly recommend him.
Thank you

My family and I have used Blythe Liggins for several years, when arranging wills, LPAs, and conveyancing. They have always provided an excellent service, their staff being highly professional, knowledgeable and personable, explaining complex matters in both a relevant and understandable way. I am happy to provide a 5 star rating especially as, having recommended their services to family, friends and colleagues, their experiences have been the same as mine.

I have just counted six errors (not typos) in the first letter sent to me. This is despite spending time talking on the phone with Tim Lester (a partner) and spending time visiting their office to give proof of identity. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am very surprised at some of the negative reviews for Blythe Liggins. I suppose, as with any solicitor, it depends on who you get and what your problem is and people must "speak as they find" but I feel compelled to provide a balance to these views. I am a management consultant with a number of clients whom I have directed to BL over matters ranging from the seemingly trivial to vastly complex and expensive. In over 20 years, they have, without exception, achieved a very good result and only needed to go to court a couple of times to get it. They have represented my own companies as well with
