Services
Anne & Barry having met at catering college in 1977 have been in the trade for over 42 years. Moving into The Jolly Drover in 1995 they have been the proud owners for over 24 years. They have worked hard to maintain the traditional features of the pub and to build a relaxed and fun atmosphere which its customers love.
Our barn conversion offers 6 en-suite bedrooms. All our rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard and are fully equipped to provide an excellent level of comfort and accommodation. Security lighting has been installed for added safety both internally and externally. Our twin room has disabled friendly fittings complete with emergency alarms.
We have been visiting The Jolly Drover for many years, the staff are always kind and friendly and the best ham and eggs of anywhere served there. The lounge is comfy and in winter there is always a welcoming wood fire. Chose this venue for a meet up with a friend for an evening meal, great food and such a relaxing pub with a great welcome and excellent service, super staff who work so hard and super smiles.
The surrounding area of the pub is made up of lovely foliage, clematis, climbing roses, hydrangea, holly, bluebells, japonica, laurel and daffodils. With pine, fir and oak trees providing the back drop. There is a huge tree in our car park that has been recognised by a guest as a very rare type of conifer.
