We are open for both Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy with social distancing measures in place. All necessary PPE is being utilised and patients triaged by phone/remote prior to their first appointment. The practice has excellent facilities, including four fully equipped treatment rooms, and a hydrotherapy pool.

Hydrotherapy offers the great advantage of increasing freedom and ease of movement in warm water. It is used for mobilisation of stiff joints, balance re-education, and rehabilitation following surgery. Exercises are designed to use the properties of water to give support and resistance as necessary in partial or non-weight bearing positions.
