From your brief we will provide tailored and creative proposals for your Meeting, Event, or Accommodation. We'll help you achieve value for money, a tangible return on your spend and ensure you and your delegates always enjoy an excellent experience. The tobook team engages with our Industry Partners on a regular basis.

Each week, 5 suppliers visit us at our offices and each team member visits at least 1 venue per month. Each year, to experience our Partners' services, we attend a combined 20+ Expos and Familiarisation Trips. A location suitable to host your event. Hotels, Conference and Convention Centres may come to mind.
Services
The importance of delivering value for money against your financial expectations is paramount. We work on strong relationships with our venue partners with the aim of maximising your budget. We have no allegiance to preferred hotels/venues and can work with a wide range of properties across the globe, providing you with the very best selection of options.
We work with a number of companies who do just this, and so we built our very own system which can be tailored to each client. We spend time with you understanding your needs, budgets and policies. From this we negotiate accommodation rates to fit into these parameters and ask you to approve them. Our site only lists hotels approved by your company.

One of the first things you'll notice about the venues in the French capital is how proud and passionate the staff are about their venue. That's not to say homeland staff don't take pride in their venue. It's just that in Paris this is dialled up to 11. Pullman has a reputation for elegant hotels and the Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel lives up to that and then some.
Daily or weekly your venue's Sales Team take the time to come to visit us Agents in person, and do a great job at presenting your venue. They do this so well, we then send a brief for our client's next event. After some rejigging and a little negotiation, we forward a proposal on your venue to the client.
