Skip was ordered for Monday morning , arrived at 3pm so had to double handle the bricks from wall what was taken down , the skip was so late I had to go and pick children from school , the skip was then dropped of right behind the foundations of the wall what was taken down even though obvious a new wall was been built , then the skip was due to be picked up on a Friday but left all weekend - thus standard is no use to a small builder like myself and has just caused stress and delay, won't be using again

Damage was caused the my neighbours drive and the fence between us. After I made a complaint and sent photos, I received a notice saying they were not liable for damage to my property. However the damage was to my neighbours drive. I did not receive any response from L&C skip. It is disappointing the fact they have not responded to this day. I should not have to chase up a complaint. Very poor service

I have used L&C in my workplace before and found them always efficient and professional from the initial phone bookings to the delivery and collection. After replacing the garden shed and clearing the garden I decided to use them for home. Once again they were polite, helpful, professional in all they did. I’d recommend their services.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Ordered a skip didn’t arrive on time had to chase. They then damaged my property with the skip. Having taken pictures and complaining they couldn’t care less. They give you a scrap of paper when you receive the skip. They claim that as they give you this, you forgo all your rights if they damage your property. Avoid this company!

This is 2nd time I've used L&C - came back because the service first time was absolutely spot on! What a difference & what a disappointment :( Skip arrived but had to be sent back because there was a big hole in it and wagon it was on was too big to drop where we wanted it. Smaller wagon was out of service but no one could be bothered to ring & tell us. That was on Friday. Rang on Monday / Tuesday to arrange collection & was told it would be done same day. Rang on Wednesday to remind them of collection. Rang & left message early on Friday for someone to ring me back. Rang again on Friday afternoon

Ordered a skip 8 days in advance. I was doing heavy work in my garden, taken a days holiday & arranged help from a friend. On the day in question, Friday, having sat in all day it didn’t turn up. Called office at 4:30 and was told a driver had gone home sick, although had this been the case someone could have had the courtesy of letting me know that it wouldn’t be arriving. Was promised the skip would be delivered the following morning before mid day. Waited in, nothing. Tried calling office & mobile, no reply. My plans for the weekend ruined.

Wow, these guys take convenience to a new level! We had a huge clear out in preparation for moving to our new office and a huge amount of waste to get rid of quickly. I gave L&C a phone call and all my worries were soon gone. They swiftly delivered the skip we needed and assured me that they would recycle as much of the skip contents as possible. I loved the level of professionalism and the fact that they are so affordable. My deepest thanks to the team for their hard work.

We decided our office based in Hartlepool really needed a good tidy and we knew there would be a load of waste by the time we had finished. Luckily though, we choose to hire a skip from L&C. Being able to choose the drop off and pick up made the whole thing so convenient, they came and got it as soon as we were done so that it wasn't sitting there for ages. It was so cheap but a top notch service and they're really friendly people. It was the best service I could have hoped for. I would recommend this company if you are after trustworthy people offering a quality service.
