Visitors are very much welcome to the historic Isle of Sheppey's only 18 hole golf course, a regular host of inter-county matches and Kent Golf Union championship events.

Dress Code & Etiquette Report

Sheerness Golf Club is a relaxed club with an emphasis on enjoyment from the 1st to the 19th hole. We do ask visitors to respect our rules and standard golfing etiquette to ensure it is a visit that is an enjoyable and memorable one. In the Clubhouse lounge the dress code is informal with the only restrictions being golf shoes, soiled golf attire, waterproof clothing and hats.

Safeguarding Report

Creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all individuals involved in golf. The safeguarding of our junior and adult members is of paramount importance at Sheerness Golf Club.

We are currently working towards a nationally recognised SafeGolf Accreditation which ensures the right measures are in place for Sheerness Golf Club to offer a safe and positive environment for all individuals involved in the sport of golf and its associated activities.

We had a fabulous breakfast here on Christmas Eve. The staff were amazing as well as the food. We will definitely be back and recommending others to visit. Thank you for being so friendly

Just wanted to say, I have had a wonderful day today at the lady captains morning x the lady captain Sheila is so kind and thoughtful X we were treated to Tim singing for us and Tim has a stunning voice X the charity was for epilepsy UK which is very dear to my heart after contracting in aug 2012, since then I have not been able to go out alone and due to medication am reliant on family X the club made me feel so special and welcomed X thank you xx

First time I have been to the golf course so not sure what to expect. Archie in the shop was extremely helpful and polite. We had breakfast which was good value for the price and the service was good, the game of golf itself was good.

One of the most underrated courses in Kent IMO, used to be my local and was a joy to play today. The course was in perfect condition, greens were quicker than some courses in the height of summer. The members are also some of the friendliest I have ever come across! Good job 👍🏼
