It is of paramount importance for your safety and the safety of your loved ones that if you have a gas boiler it is serviced regularly by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Every Nordec engineer carries his own unique Gas Safe ID card. You will have seen the little yellow triangle - this is the Gas Safe logo.

If you need a warm air specialist you won't go wrong with Nordec. They know this stuff inside out. Professional from the office staff to the engineers, and nice people too. Highly recommend NORDEC. They turned up on time, completed the work efficiently, in good time to a high spec. Most impressive is that they cleaned up at the end of each day, ensuring the floor was swept and vacuumed on both days they were here. Loving my new combi-boiler and NEST controlled heating! So much quieter than my old system! Thank you!

Arranged a call out a couple of weeks ago, changed my day off for them to attend. Arranged for a slotted time but they didn't turn up. I called back and the 2nd woman I spoke to said the other lady shouldn't have arranged my appointment for my time slot as the engineer had been in my area at a different time. She agreed to a second appointment today for me in the morning as my lodger was in this morning to let him into house. She also agreed to a reduction of half price on the call out fee because of the mess up before.
Guess what?! No one turned up yet again! My lodger was in all morning waiting
