Boilers that are over ten years old waste a lot of valuable energy, in terms of cost and environmental impact, in fact many older boilers convert as little as 60% of the fuel they use into heat. Are you looking for cost efficient heating? You should be aware that current building regulations state that any replacement or new gas-fired boiler must be a condensing boiler.
Keith has been excellent. He assured us he would fit in the replacement of our tap when he could and actually managed to do it before he thought he would. He was most polite, courteous and tidy. He has done an excellent job and we were very happy to have left him in the house on his own to do it. A very reliable and trustworthy individual who we look forward to doing business with again.

Boiler replacement -- excellent service, good price, friendly, reliable, hard-working and able to complete the job in a short timeframe just before Christmas. Cannot say enough good things about KR Savidge, and I have had enough cowboy plumbers over the years to recognize when I find a really good one! Highly recommend.
