So efficient. Accurate price in advance. Car ready when stated. The DSG gearbox on my Skoda Superb was really smooth after the routine 40,000 mile service at Charlie's, I didn't realise that the service would make such a difference. We have been bringing our family cars to Charlie's for the last few years for MOT's servicing and repairs and always receive courteous, timely, and professional service.

Gone downhill FAST. Cars being left outside all night unlocked for anyone to come and nick it or steal parts off it or steal your possessions. Bits going missing off cars hence now have brake faults showing on ECU. Charlie needs to take back full control of his garage before it goes to ruins. Also heard someone say they were charged for new exhaust but discovered they had their old exhaust still on it. NOT GOOD !

I am 72years young & had a motorbike or motorcar most of my adult life & in all of does years I have never come across a garage with such a professional bunch of motor mechanics in all of does years as there is at C.A.R.S. of Leominster and they are very fair on price as well I mean where can you get an M.O.T. these days for UNDER £30.00.

Critical: Quality, Value
Carried out an extensive repair on the door and side panel. Appallingly shoddy work full of ripples and poor quality paintwork. I had to take it to another repairer to have it all done again. Additionally they lost a couple of door parts which they could not be bothered to find. Don't touch this company with a bargepole!
