RAC Warranty Customers beware! I went to this repair workshop for an RAC warranty repair only to be told by the proprietor that the RAC had turned down the repair request. Having made contact with the RAC Warranty customer services desk myself to complain, I was informed that no request had been made to them as is the procedure for warranty repairs. Strange. Since getting my money back from the RAC I get a sense they might have made an error in deciding that the repair was not covered, but I'm none the wiser as to why the request was both rejected and or not logged. Who ever is at fault they are

Just to say thanks for helping me out today. Had a low tyre pressure warning 4 miles from Ledbury. I have run-flats fitted but live 70 miles from Ledbury and didn't fancy tackling the motorway on a flat. Camnic took the wheel off and checked the tyre, brought it in to show me it was not repairable. They didn't have the tyre size in stock so rang round to find someone who had one close enough that I could drive carefully to before closing time. Very helpful, if I lived closer I'd be taking the car there for servicing etc.

Would avoid like the plague! Spent £5600 on a car from them which lasted 7 days before the clutch went! Refused to give me a refund even though i was well within my consumer rights to return the vehicle and also refused to supply and fit the parts, charged me £330 for the parts and then charged me a further £30 for a part they broke while fixing it! Also refused to even order the parts until I had transferred them the money! Shocking businessman and blatantly ignored consumer rights fobbing me off with 'trade sale' knowing I was not a trader! Also stated in the advertisement the vehicle had

Have been very impressed with camnic so far. Always been friendly and knowledgable and prices have been fair and competitive- having my cam belt replaced was almost £200 cheaper with them than another local garage! I've always been worried about garages trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, and I don't have any fears about that at all here. Only time they've done work that we hadn't initially agreed on was on a broken brake plate and as I'd been wondering why my car was braking oddly, I was just glad that they found the issue without me even mentioning it!

Recovered to Camnic by the RAC subcontractor with a broken gear linkage as we were on holiday the staff bent over backward to help even managed to get the part quickly after ringing around, sadly after they replaced the part found another fault but could not fix it quickly as they had a heavy workload so vehicle recovered to a local specialist near home.
Whist we we're dealing with the staff they were friendly and helpful & concerned about my elderly mother who is disabled so the loss of the vehicle whilst on holiday did have a detrimental effect.

There are quite a few garage services in and around the Ledbury area but I choose to trust my cars and bikes with Camnic. They are always professional, courteous and totally committed to providing customer satisfaction. I know they are always busy and that's testament to the service they provide but the staff always have time to offer advice an a debrief on the work done. Good job.
