R Elliott Associates were actually by coincidence recommended by both our Local Parish council and our architect. We needed detailed structural drawings to please the planning office in respect to our grade 2 listed cottage proposed extension planned for 2021. We found them competitive, punctual and cost effective. The Attention to detail and constructive advise was second to none. My extension and specific build requirements meant that 'Sunnydene' was not a straight forward project. However, from the outset the team at R.Elliott Associates Ltd. provided a high quality service, combined with a friendly approach and at a very competitive price. I contacted R.Elliott Associates Ltd. and initially spoke to Richard Elliott who arranged for a member of his team to design my home conversion and provide drawings for local council and building requirements.

I inquired about the construction of a large two storey extension at my property. They were very polite and helpful, they initially came for a visit of my property and then provided a very reasonable quote which i accepted after comparing it with the prices I got from other companies.
They measured up my house and within a week of them visiting i had full plans drawn up (on a computer not hand drawn!!) with proposals of the new extension. I asked if we could have a larger window for my kitchen and a few other internal alterations, they were very accommodating and the plans were perfect for what
