Services
Escape is not a crche facility - Therefore we do not take responsibility for the supervision of your child during your visit. Visitors who are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry. We have a zero tolerance policy if customers become aggressive or use abusive language towards any member of staff, and will be asked to leave immediately.
I thought the staff were very polite, helpful and very professional in their approach to their work and dealing with my children. Very clean play equipment, caterers for all ages overall very well equipped. I think Escape is a fun place to bring young and older children were mums can have peace of mind to sit and relax and have a chat with friends whilst children play and enjoy themselves.
All you need to do is give us a call to discuss your requirements, and pay your 50% deposit to secure your booking. The Escape, Disco and VIP parties all come with a hot and cold buffet which includes sandwiches, cucumber sticks, cheese cubes, grapes, crisps, cocktail sausages, as well as either pizza or chicken nuggets and smiley faces or potato wedges.
Did you know that messy play contributes enormously to the development of a child's cognitive and creative abilities as it allows your child to explore their senses. Help your child to explore their senses by pouring, mixing, squeezing and squelching all different textures and materials not normally available to them, and best of all you don't have to clean up afterwards!
This is a free activity offered by Escape once you have paid your entry fee, and is available from 9.30 am to 11.30am every Monday to Thursday during term time. Why not bring your little ones along to enjoy the activities which include lots of different extra toys such as train tracks, mega blocks, colouring, cars and car mat and dress up.

Was given a fake £5 note here in change! Came here last Sunday. The card machine didn't seem to work and that should of been a sign of things to come. The place was filthy! The floor hadn't seen a hover for atleast a week. The tables had not been cleaned, still covered in what I can only guess to be bean juice. The place had a musty smell. Dont think people here know how to use a duster? Non of the interactive electric stuff seemed to work at all. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else.

Today's experience wasn't the best.. You really should have a booking system in place. After waiting over an hour to play and staffing being very unorganised at the front desk not having a clue what they were ment to be doing. Lots of children were turned away and in tears! After finally getting in to play it wasn't very enjoyful with the music blasting out the whole time over all the screaming children. Alot. Of bigger children having full on punching matches in the middle of the play frame around the smaller children after repeatedly being told to stop around others. We unfortunately not be returning

As with all these kinds of places, the kids loved it but the coffee was expensive and not very good. I personally believe that the £1 fee they charge for an adult to visit with their child should be redeemable from the coffee shop. If you're just gonna sit there there a fee is fair as you're taking up space. But £6.80 for a couple of coffees and chocolate bars and they're making the money out of you there.

Such a fantastic play area! Go karts for a pound and you get quite a while on them! Decent food and drinks at affordable prices - not like some play areas that just over charge you for a coffee! Big play area over 3 levels for over 5s and a little area for under 4s. There's a sports area at the top with footballs and basketball nets/courts. It's brill!

It was Saturday, school hols and raining. really busy. We had phoned and told it was steady but not too busy, no booking. When we got there it was explained it was busy had been all day and there was at least a 15 min wait. I know on the website it mentions lack of staff. To be honest a booking system would probably have been better for them.
Staff were friendly. Would probably choose a school day n hours to go back.
