Personal Contract Purchase lowers your monthly payments. At the end of the term, you have the option to hand the vehicle back, trade it in or pay the final payment to take ownership. Our technicians here at Northampton Moto have a wealth of knowledge of all makes of motorcycles going back decades, so whether it's a first service on your new machine, a full superbike tune or some friendly advice we will do our utmost to help you.
Northampton Moto are affiliated with a local training school who have over 20 years of experience training motorcycle students in and around Northampton. Karmenz Motorcycle Training offer courses for all levels of experience and ability - from CBT through to Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS) and "Back-to-Biking" courses.

I found Northampton Moto incredibly helpful during my recent purchase.
They offered me a fair trade-in price for my old motorcycle. My new motorcycle was valeted to a high standard & all the bells & whistles were demonstrated for my convenience when I went to collect it.
Piyush, the member of staff who dealt with the sale was incredibly helpful & friendly & I would definitely recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with the service I recieved right from the time of test ride to buying the motorbike. Was looking for a new KTM 890 Duke R and Northampton Moto had the best deal nationwide.
Popped in to have a look and a chat with Piyush. He was very helpful and clear in explaining all the bike and finance options. Prompt follow up with all the required info. A few days later ordered the bike and arranged everything over the phone.
Pick up with James was a very friendly easy process. Overall a superb experience. Friendly laid back professional service.

Went to see James last week and test drove a BMW s1000xr ..
James was great identifying what I wanted and gave me a great price on my bike .Which I bought off them 15months ago .

My second experience with Northampton Moto now and just as good as the first time. No nonsense bike buying. Very helpful and you just can’t beat there Deals . My latest KTM purchase had £1000 discount compared to other dealerships. The salesman Piyush was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Overall another good buying experience and I will be returning when my bikes due upgrading.well done Northampton Moto.

Brought my KTM duke 390 from them, I mainly communicated with them through email and a few phone calls. I delt with Piyush who was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had.
Once my bike was ready for delivery it was delivered promptly, service was great, a phone call along the way to let me know he was near.
I had a very poor experience with my local KTM dealer and am very glad I found Northampton Moto.

I had a recurring issue with my KTM - my local dealer tried to fix it several times but the fault returned just before I was about to take my bike away on holiday.
I needed a quick fix and my local dealer was uninterested in helping me - stating that they were fully booked into September....
I called Northampton Moto and whilst they too were fully booked, they took the time to understand the effects a broken down bike would have on my holiday plans. They immediately booked me in, found the root cause of the fault (a corroded connector - which my local dealer had not spotted) and repaired the

Booked a demo ride on one of their bikes. Got a confirmation email with time and date. Left work two hours early to make it in time, upon arrival I was told that someone else was booked in that slot, and they didn’t have my name on at all. Another member of staff took over after I’ve produced confirmation email and instead of admitting they’ve made… a mistake and offering an alternative, I was told that I can’t take their bike for a test ride due to only having a full license for 5 weeks. Bare in mind this wasn’t an issue while I was booking. Wasted time has

Whilst the bike I purchased was great (SDR Gen 3) the process was long winded and found it was myself who had to continually chase. I am still waiting for in excess of £2500 of parts which should have come fitted to the bike that I have paid for and been waiting a month but cannot get any answers as various people stating different things. Still awaiting phone call and email response. Wasn’t a small purchase either (£18k)

I haven't visited this bike dealer yet, my review is based solely on the communication with James in sales via email and today by telephone.
The communication has been very courteous and honest and all of my questions have been answered promptly.
I want to purchase a new bike and have one to trade and I have been offered a fair, no a great price for my current bike.
I don't do Facebook but had a look on their 'feed' and I see a lot of happy riders with their new bikes.
Apologies to Melissa for the earlier problem.
Will post further as my bike sale develops.
