Our school Motto 'Be Proud, Be Brilliant and Belong' is echoed in our curriculum, giving children opportunities to be proud of themselves, enabling them to do their best and understand the importance of their community. We believe children learn best when they are enjoying themselves and their learning is targeted to their needs and interests.

Services
If children stay for a whole day they have an additional 45 minute session which includes lunch. Please see our funding tab for charges. The entrance gate is locked at 9am and parents arriving after that time may need to gain access by the main school entrance. Children can be picked up from the morning session from 11 20 - 11 30, after that children will need to be picked up at the school's main entrance.

The Board of Trustees is a team of dedicated volunteers who meet nine times every year. The Board is responsible for the overall strategic management and direction of the school. Trustees challenge and support the Head Teacher and Senior Leaders to ensure the best educational opportunities for all the children attending our school.
All children at Tredworth Infant and Nursery Academy have access to a broad and balanced curriculum regardless of ability, age, gender, race or religion. We do, however, place a strong emphasis on the teaching of reading, writing and mathematics.
Our curriculum is delivered in a way that makes learning meaningful to the children, promotes their spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and cultural development and enables them to apply their learning in literacy and maths across all curriculum areas and develop a set of values and a strong sense of right and wrong based on British values.

At Tredworth Infant and Nursery Academy we know how important it is to learn to read and enjoy reading. We will celebrate books in our lessons by sharing our enthusiasm with you. Reading and telling our favourite stories, stories that you find interesting, stories about the world, about different people, people you will recognise and people you will want to be.
