Positives:
- Large immaculate room, bed was really comfortable, fresh cookies left in our room every day were amazing
- Spa was lovely, had a hot stones massage which was great, and the relaxation area as well as the pool were really nice
- Outside area was great and we did some really nice walks from the hotel, golf course was also fantastic according to my partner
Negatives:
- The restaurant was a bit of a hit and miss, with a lot of waiting time, felt like some of the staff were quite young and probably just needed a bit more training, as most of the time the restaurant wasn’t even half

The grounds and hotel are amazing, and if you play golf it is a dream venue. We stayed two nights and made use of the spa, which was faultless. The staff are generally friendly and efficient but the big downside is the restaurant. The service leaves a lot to be desired and the food, despite the considerable price, is average. If you eat at the restaurant be prepared to wait a long time between courses, have your order taken incorrectly and tables not cleared at all. The service is only slightly better at breakfast. Pity.
