Viewing the software simply as a backload tool, it works.
However.. the overall management of the platform and customer service is absolutely abysmal.
We currently have a complaint open with CX (Transport Exchange Group) which was made on 22/11/18.. it is now 19/11/18. Even when you chase, call & chase again no progress will be made and CX's staff will give very limited & contradicting information. It is a common occurrence that any issues we have with the software, promises from staff members or other users remain unresolved.
Unless you have a very robust and highly staffed credit control team

Absolute fantastic company and from starting as a man in a van having never done courier work before i now employ 4 drivers and because of this service able to feed 5 families with work we get because of the CX. Special mention to Daryl in accounts for always being on the end of the phone for help and advice.
