This company is awful. The man is rude, belligerent and has no professional skills when it comes to customer service. I Had a parcel which the sender posted to this company via Royal Mail and he refused to accept it when I notified him of the issue. This caused a huge inconvenience and to my confusion he had accepted it anyway. When I went to collect, he tried to charge me £5 to release my package to me. In the end he realised how greedy and unprofessional he was being and handed it to me anyway. Since then he has lied about my packages not arriving. Doesn’t even knowledge me when I walk in
