1st Enable supports people in their own homes to assist them to lead everyday lives we take for granted. Friends of 1st Enable was set up as a not for profit business to support and celebrate the enterprising ability of our clients.
The business helps develop and support paid employment and every penny of profit goes back into the enterprise to generate a working environment for our clients which hopefully you will recognise in our distinctive and beautiful products.We are not a charity shop; though our work is not for profit which means we pass on all proceeds to help the running and expand our service.

In the rare event you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item with proof of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or refund. It can take up to 14 days from you returning the item(s) to receive your refund, but if you return your order directly to our shop we will process your refund immediately.
Our People are our most important asset. If the item you have bought has attached a QR code you can identifiy and find out more about the person who lovingly made your item.
