Your Computer Network is the centre piece of your operations whether your company has 3 users or 300 users, without the correct maintenance in place your business can't operate at its optimum and at worst not operate at all. It is not uncommon for people to assume that the Computer Network or Server is being correctly maintained.

Unforeseen IT problems can have a devastating effect on your business if it's not dealt with quickly. Something as simple as a failed switch or router can bring your entire companies productivity to a standstill. If an IT emergency happens then you need a company that has the resources to respond, FAST.

This Agreement comes into force when signed by or on behalf of The Customer and by a Director of Teknicare Ltd. and shall be for a minimum term of 12 months from the date of signature. Changes and or alterations in the Equipment Specifications. Moving or removing machines devices or attachments.

Corrections of faults due to operator error, accident, neglect, misuse of equipment, unsuitability of consumable materials or software not supplied by Teknicare Ltd.Software or programme support unless specifically agreed in writing as an amendment to this agreement. Any remedial maintenance or reconditioning which is necessitated otherwise than by fair wear and tear.
