At Rockingham House, your comfort is our top priority. All our treatments have been designed with you in mind. We've gone to great effort finding the best technology that speeds up the treatment time and delivers precision dentistry with minimal fuss. We believe in making your experience here as relaxing as possible.
We're a well-equipped dental practice. Your experience at Rockingham House will be unlike any other dental experience you've had before. We use the latest technology such as 3D imagery, hand-held scanners, computer-assisted anaesthetic (The Wand) and guided implant surgery. We're based in Fitzwilliam outside of Pontefract in West Yorkshire.
Please arrive for your appointment alone, as we will only allow a chaperone if you are under 18 or are vulnerable. If you are attending as a family/ couple, please could you arrive at the door individually, at your allocated appointment time. We will take your temperature at the front door and give you hand sanitizer to use.
Our range of treatments have been carefully selected and designed with your comfort in mind. We've done the research and come up with treatment plans that consider your time and budget, as well as being incredibly effective. Our team are experts in implants and periodontics, however we do offer cosmetic and general restorative treatments.
During a consultation, you will have the chance to talk through what things you want to change. We can then talk through our treatments and decide on which will be the best going forward. Many patients choose to have a smile makeover because sometimes there is more than one thing that patients like to change about their smile.

Recently visited for the first and had an in-depth free dental check and received a plan of care.
Been back today to a wonderful compassionate dentist Dr Archer-Smith who has done a fantastic job the best/painless treatment I’ve ever had.
All the staff are polite and professional.

Fabulous dental practice. I had bottom teeth built up - amazing. A new plate made - incredible. I talk perfectly and not as if I had a mouth full of marbles. The plate he measures you up for and fits doesn't feel as if you have a plate in at all. I am ecstatic! All the people that work at the practice are incredibly nice and welcoming. Honestly, going to Rocking House is like going to meet friends! I chose to do Denplan which is just brilliant.
All I can say is 'thankyou' ! An exceedingly happy patient. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else! They are all lovely.

Mr Khan totally made my life. I lost a front crown 2 weeks ago (had been in 36 yrs) and genuinely thought It could not be saved. This miracle worker fixed me a temp one in one hour ta-da 🤗 kudos to himself and his team. Im going back soon for the permanent one he reassured me he can do..... one very happy patient 😃

I have had problems with dentists trying to make me dentures that fit comfortably for 25 years.i had to have the last three of my back teeth extracted in jan 2017,and had become depressed because I couldn’t get my new dentures to fit.my mouth was constantly sore.i had to leave the dentures out when I was in the house.myself confidence was at an all time low.i didn’t know what else I could do.as a last resort I made an appointment to see sharif.

Just received my dental implants from the wonderful Mr Khan...what a success...I am so pleased with the result. Sharif is such a gentleman in every way...his consultation was enough for me to go ahead. The personal service and professional experience has been amazing. All the Dental Assistants are so kind and helpful with a professional manner.
