Four Paws Dog Grooming Salon provide kind, professional, top class skilled dog grooming with one-to-one attention from experienced trained groomers. Established back in 2001, and with many more years experience in dog grooming, you can expect only the best. Four Paws Dog Grooming Salon are based in Childwall, Liverpool right opposite the Rocket Pub and are open for business Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
All breeds are accepted for grooming and 'hair care' packages can be put in place to keep all dogs looking their best. Our groomers are fully "National Diploma" qualified and have passed courses in animal care, CPR and first aid. At Four Paws Dog Grooming Salon we don't discriminate and we love to pamper dogs of all breeds and sizes.

Services
This removes knots and debris from their coat and it is also a good pleasurable bonding experience for you and your dog. For whatever reason, if you cannot groom your own dog, ring FOUR PAWS! We will work out a grooming and trimming schedule for you (with this we can keep the cost to a minimum). To provide your dog with a trim to suit its lifestyle and allow you to groom it much easier between cuts.
Q: Why does my dog need a full groom every 6 to 8 weeks? A: Many of our most loved and popular breeds of dog do require grooming to maintain a full standard of health, not just to maintain the look of the breed, and this can not be managed by the owner themselves.
Professional grooming offers the additional advantage of tailoring your dogs cut to his lifestyle, i.e. a non-breed standard strip cut for a dog who loves the beach and sea (and the owner who does not want sand on their sofa).A: In general most breeds benefit from a groom every 6 to 8 weeks, with some basic grooming maintenance on a regular basis by the owner.

Took Abbie to this lovely little groomers today her first time ever in a groomers went back at 2 to collect her I walked in and she didn’t notice I’d arrived and was running around playing with both members of staff to see her that happy with complete strangers had made my day and she smells beautiful she smiling from ear to ear and I could not be any happier I think we found the right fit for Abbie and we won’t be going anywhere else I’d highly Recommend this salon to anyone thinking about going to a groomers first time or not and also the way staff dealt with the COVID 19 regulations

Took my dog here years ago. Ever since we took him here he always bites and growls while being groomed. And my other dog he got shaved to the skin! I understand he was matted but he was shaved so we could see his pink skin with no fur! And we came back in too complain and they said he had an infected eye because one is brown and one is pink. That's his birthmark. He has a birth mark on his eye it's not infected.

Took my 10 month old Cavapoo here today for grooming disappointed does not begin to say how I feel. I did ask for a short cut but I feel she has almost been skinned and what fur is left looks like a child has cut her see photos. Her face has been cut lobsided and her legs look like hairy spindles. Needless to say I will not be returning

I have been taking my Bichon to four paws for years now, she knows when we pull up outside and is so excited to run in! I’m never disappointed with her groom she’s always so white and smells gorgeous. She’s becoming a diva in her old age but her cut is always beautiful! I love that they take the time and be patient with her knowing shes not as cooperative as she used to be! Would rather change my hairdressers then groomers! Always recommend the girls they are fab!

Delighted yet again with our Bella's new hair do. The ladies look after her so well. Its lovely to see the job they do. Reassuring that although its not best to be an obvious distraction while your dog is being groomed, all their work is done out in the open so you can see how much care is taken with others dogs and therefore your own.
