The service we received from Ashley at Prestige Motors has been exemplary. We had been looking for a Discovery 4 HSE so I was going through all the websites online. Perhaps my best used car buying experience ever! Super friendly and accommodating staff, stunning showroom which is hidden away and worth a look in - just to see it's there - let alone the quality of the cars. In my experience, it isn't until you have a problem that you know whether a motor dealer is going to be good or not. Prestige, and Ashley particularly, were brilliant during the buying process. My Land Rover Discovery was very well presented, the video Ashley took and emailed to me was very well done and useful, and the car was beautifully presented upon collection. However where Prestige really showed their professionalism was when I had a problem with the vehicle. After looking for a smaller car to suit our needs, we had a nightmare search of car dealers for almost six weeks from small garages to Ford main dealers. We began to feel that we would never find the Fiesta that we were searching for, as time after time, it became impossible to trust what these dealers were saying.
