Where do start? I am extremely upset and disappointed new customer this morning. I choose summit to take my zs for its service as I heard and read nothing but good things. How disappointed to find out for myself how poor they are. I just spent 2 hours and 45 mins sat in the service waiting room. I booked my service a month in advance and specifically asked for a courtesy car. Nick was very helpful and I felt confident I had made the right choice in choosing summit. Arrived 8.30am and as I walk through the door nick says I just left a message....no courtesy car. Ah! Ok so how long will the service

Had a great experience purchasing my new mg hs exclusive plug in hybrid.
I was unsure of what to buy and the benefits but these were zll explained clearly by Rachel and I soon purchased and took receipt of the vehicle within in a week. All efficiently handled and and left with a feeling of being a valued customer.
5 stars isn't enough if a recommendations such a zmzll local operation run by 7ts two brothers Nd a considerate staff. Well done keep up the excellent wife.thanks

Just brought our third MG from Summit Garage. Our thanks to Rachael for being very helpful, polite and friendly. She explained everything very thoroughly. When collecting our new car it was a lovely gesture to have it draped in red sheet for me to take off. Rachael took the time to pair our phones and tune the radio in for us. We have just collected our new MG HS Exclusive 1.5 from Summit Garage in Lower Gornal. The car is absolutely fabulous and drives beautifully as you would expect. I recently bought a Mercedes from Summit Garage during lockdown and so was unable to see the car prior to buying it. However, the service received from Will at Summit Garage was excellent, which gave me reassurance through the process. He produced a short video of the car, answered all my questions and was very easy to communicate with - There was no sales pressure at all. Very pleased with the car and Summit Garage and so would definitely recommend.
