Lake Associates was formed in 1998 from the Building Consultancy and Architectural division of Ferguson Hollis, established in London in 1984. Lake Associates aim to provide clients with independent professional advice and services to increase value, efficiency and use of their property, whether in respect of acquisition, disposal, occupancy, investment development or improvement.

Cost control is crucial to a project's success, and hence Lake Associates' experienced quantity surveyors provide cost consultancy services, including project financial planning, budget formulation and regular whole project cost reporting. Liaison with contractors, tender action and evaluation, contract interim valuations and final account negotiations can be provided in connection with managing costs during the construction process.
Lake Associates' broad range of experience and knowledge of the building industry provides us with the credentials to demonstrate to employers our competence to act as CDM Co-ordinator in compliance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.

Lake Associates provide a service of assessing the current replacement costs of buildings for both buildings insurance and evaluating damage/fire assessment costs. Annual portfolio fire insurance valuations ensure correct levels of insurance cover are provided to protect our clients' interests and ensure buildings are not over-valued, thus saving our clients paying excessive insurance premiums.
