Moving with the times, GEA have diversified their expertise to offer Construction Management Consultancy in the fields of Project management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Planning, Cost Management, Construction Management and Facilities Management, dealing with projects from inception and feasibility study through to completion and commissioning, or assisting with specific stages, as required.
Note: GEA are a multi-disciplinary Consultancy and as such are able to offer the Client a single point of contact on a construction project, from inception to "sign-off" through to agreement of the Main Contractor's Final Account. Preparation of Tender Documentation to include Preliminaries, Specification, BOQ's, Employers Requirements, Schedule of Works etc.

A Building Survey is a health inspection of a property that is carried out by a Chartered Surveyor. The type of survey dictates how thorough it is and what kind of areas will be inspected within the property. More on the different types of survey later.
