Beit El Zaytoun Restaurant
The culture behind the House of Olives represents the true Mediterranean way of doing things; community driven, around the dinner table, raw and real. The bond that connects generations, the nitty-gritty of village life, the trees that keep us together. We took that metaphor of cultural significance and turned the restaurant into a visual translation of exactly that.

Olives and the house are at the heart of the visual journey, bringing forward two unique approaches to the identity. Beit El Zaytoun offers four different venues with multiple seating options. Our commitment to sustainability, high variety of food in addition to having live music available makes Beit El Zaytoun unique among all other restaurants in London.
Services
Beit El Zaytoun was founded by Ayman Assi the Lebanese Entrepreneur in 2017. The idea of Beit El Zaytoun in Ayman's mind was to have a small Lebanese heaven in London. The idea was to serve delicious authentic Lebanese food with beautiful outdoor scenery, good music and warm ambience. Ever since then, Beit El Zaytoun have been growing in terms of capacity, customer loyalty, food innovation and new concepts.
This is your About page. This space is a great opportunity to give a full background on who you are, what you do and what your site has to offer. Your users are genuinely interested in learning more about you, so don't be afraid to share personal anecdotes to create a more friendly quality. Every website has a story, and your visitors want to hear yours.
We seat both the inside and outside of the restaurant and do not guarantee outside seating. If you wish to sit outside and there is not a table immediately available, you will be given the option to sit indoors immediately or wait for a table outside to become available. The wait for an outdoor table on Fridays and Saturdays during peak dining times is typically 30 - 45 minutes.

The food was great but the price is a bit high each plate was £15 and each drink was £5 and just had 1 started which was about £6, so it was the most i paid for a family meal in quite sometime, if not the most i have every paid.

Starters were great as always, wara2 3yneb to die for😍😍
However, I’m super disappointed with the menu change!! The old menu had a great balance of simple food like a shawarma wrap which was so delicious, however, now they only have set main courses with potato/veg sides. They were a unique restaurant with a nice balance of a simple yet more extravagant menu.
Personally, I think it’s a bad attempt of upselling. Many others share the same opinion. I used to be a regular however would my friends and I be going back? Probably not…

Lovely place, authentic Lebanese food. Great ambience. Hummus is a 10/10 & so was the lamb shawarma with fries. I highly recommend getting the homemade cheese rolls as a starter.

Amazing place set along the canal with a beautiful view.
They serve authentic Lebanese food and Shisha.
We went on Friday night and they had a live music band, we had a great time!
They even have a small corner where they sell artisan produce from Lebanon.
A must when you are in London!

Visited during Halloween weekend, nicely decorated, went as a walk in at 6pm for 3 people - no wait. I had the spicy kebab with rice, strawberry juice - very delicious and food was filling. Hummous starters with fatoush salad - I really love the salad dressing. Shisha is decent and lasts a while. The heaters never seem to work when I visit and if i order tap water they never serve it, this has happened more than once.

This is a nice cosy restaurant and Shisha place that I’ve come a couple of times with my friends and we always enjoy the relax Riverside location. Food could be a bit better. They have a special birthday cake and candle desert type of thing which is really good if you want to have a surprise birthday.

Loved their breakfast set menu and manaeesh. There are a few tables with water view. It was so good, that we came back two days later for dinner, and the appetizers were great, but their mixed grill wasn't very impressive. I'd still go there again if i was in town.

Atmosphere was beautiful, as if you are sitting in a garden, with lovely arabic music. We went for brunch, food was nice. Some items can taste better to become spot on but overall not bad. The service and friendliness of staff was spot on.

Arrived on a Saturday evening and was told they only have a set menu, only ordered mains for 5 people with tea and a bottle of water, total bill came to £188. It wasn't worth it at all. We were forced into choosing between two meals without being told the price.

What a pleasant surprise. A lovely restaurant with a gorgeous terrace backing onto the Grand Union Canal. I have only eaten here once and everything was very good.
