Our Classic Cars @ Barnaby's series returns this Saturday, with some 50 cars expected outside Barnaby's from 10am. Recent events have featured some splendid examples from Rolls Royce, MG, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo and others, so we are very excited to see what might turn up this weekend!
Without our wonderful volunteers, Barnaby's can not function. As more and more of you come back to help with a shift or two, so we are now able to return to full pre-pandemic opening hours. For those who already have a login, September shifts are now available on ShiftController. As more volunteers return to Barnaby's, so the BBT have been able to extend our opening hours and increase our level of service.

Services
Barnaby's is a community coffee shop in the beautiful village of Swanmore, set next to St. Barnabas Church. Originally built in Victorian times as the Old School Room, it had a rich history in education until the Primary School was built across the road. After a long period of little use by the village or the church, the building was completely refurbished in 2014 by a team of volunteers, and Barnaby's opened for business in October that year.
Barnaby's can be found in the buildings attached to the parish church of St Barnabas, in the picturesque village of Swanmore. Look out for our distinctive green sign! Right opposite the sign is a large car park, which is free to Barnaby's customers. There are many inspiring walks and cycle routes that pass through the village or start/finish here, as it is just 5 minutes from Bishops Waltham, 7 minutes from Wickham, and 10 minutes from Droxford.
Barnaby's is entirely run by an amazing group of volunteers, who make it a vibrant, fun and engaging place to be. If you have ever fancied trying your hand as a barista, or you simply love baking, then we would love to meet. Whether you have just a few hours to spare each week or each month, you will be very welcome at Barnaby's.
Barnaby's operates a Charity Awareness Scheme (CAS) in support of local registered charities & good causes. Nominated charities are featured in Barnaby's on a Saturday morning, after which we'll donate 50% of the days takings to them. Recent beneficiaries of our CAS are listed here. To receive support from our CAS, you can nominate a charity yourself.

When visiting my daughter and family, I love visiting Barnaby's, even if washing children's toys is on the menu!!! The cakes are difficult to resist and the coffee is excellent. Thanks should be given to the hard working committee and helpers who keep this village amenity going. Well done to everyone.
