We undertake to supply the following Harley Davison recommended servicing. Collection and delivery service available, please contact V-Twin Custom should you require any further information. 4. Change primary chaincase lubricant and clean magnetic drain plug. Check/adjust primary chain. 5. Check clutch adjustment.
The stage 1 consists of installing an appropriate exhaust, either a full system or slip on mufflers, depending on the power characteristics and riding style required. Air cleaners also give a surprising benefit, but not all are equal.
This is enough for some owners, but if you are considering upgrading to a stage 2 or higher in the future, then please let us guide you with your choices, as the Milwaukee Eight engine is very sensitive to exhaust choice, particularly where a different camshaft becomes part of the equation.We tune the bike with the excellent Techno Research Direct Link system, and this is available as a licence to minimise cost.

In addition to upgrading the exhaust and air cleaner, Stage 2 consists of replacing the stock camshaft with one more appropriate to increasing power. Camshafts, and the way that they interact with the exhaust system, change the power characteristics of the engine. Be honest with yourself (and us) regarding your favoured riding style.
For this stage 3 we increase the engine capacity by boring out the existing cylinders and installing high quality American made forged pistons. Using our own 'in house' designed and manufactured machining fixtures, we precisely bore and hone your cylinders. The M8 107 becomes a 117, and the M8 114 becomes a 120.
Taking our stage 3 kit a bit further, we use the complete S&S M8 124 and 128 kits for our stage 3.5. The cylinders are stronger and larger than we can safely bore out the stock cylinders to, yet still fit the M8 crankcases without any additional machining. The 107 becomes 124 whilst the longer stroke 114 and CVO 117 becomes 128.

Dropped my Fatbob to Nick & his team I had new front indicators, rear stop tail and indicators, exhaust system, new air intake and a dyno tune.
