The Overstone Arms
A detailed risk assessment has been carried out, so as to ensure safety of our customers and staff has been put first. We have placed clear signs around the building and toilets will be on a one in one out basis. The way we run things will be very different but we ask that you please bear with us, we all need to get used to this new way of working.

I can assure you we will try our hardest to make going to the pub as enjoyable as possible! I would personally like to thank you all for your support, it really means a lot to us all here and we look forward to seeing you all soon. Chris Jones and staff welcome you to The Overstone Arms, a classic English village pub nestled in the rolling hills of the Northamptonshire countryside.

Went for Sunday lunch; starters were ok but portions small, carvery food was cold, vegetables over cooked, one of the worst roast dinners we’ve had anywhere. Definitely only a 1 star venue for food.

Sadly child’s play part was not safe and the Sunday roasts we had, meat was good but the rest was dry and overcooked.

Just had the nicest Sunday lunch for years. Perfect beef, crunchy roasties, gravy that you could drink and broccoli cheese that blew my socks off!! Well done chef 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Last two meals here were great with good service, Today waited for an hour, to be served the worst "carvery" ever, dry meat overcooked veg, watery gravy, deep fried roast potatoes and a mini frozen Yorkshire pudding, cost almost £13, considering the pub was almost empty, this place needs a chef that cares.

Very pleasant venue in a village location, lovely cottage garden with tables and enclosed children's play area. Lovely well laid out and nicely decorated interior. Good selection of beers and ales and decent food.

Dropped in without having booked. Were made very welcome and they sorted us out an inside table by the time we were ready to eat. Ale was in good condition.

Fantastic service; a family friendly pub run by a family. The food is tasty and of good value. The atmosphere is welcoming and they have the most amazing beer garden to enjoy a drink in. We are regulars and plan on visiting again soon!
