Whilst we are first and foremost a full dispensing pharmacy, dealing with NHS and private prescriptions, we also offer a wide range of complimentary health services and organic beauty products.

We offer a wide range of services including Health Checks, Smoking Cessation and Emergency Contraception and we have a private consultation room if you require confidentiality to discuss your requirements. We are also involved in the Pharmacy First Scheme, and Supervised Methadone scheme and offer a Prescription ordering, collection and delivery.

Aditi has been trained under International 5* Standards and has a BTEC qualification in holistic spa and beauty therapies. She has been working as a spa therapist and as a Salon & Spa Manager in hotels such as the Kempinski Hotel in Turkey, the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, the Taj Group of Hotels in South India, and last but not least the award-winning Ananda Spa In The Himalayas, North India.

Alternative Therapies Report

Gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet to stimulate the corresponding organs, glands and structures. Energy then flows more freely throughout the body and activates the healing process. Reflexology can be successfully used to support the treatment of many illnesses and conditions.

This is a really excellent pharmacy, with efficient and polite staff. And the manager is a legend! He's really knowledgable, unfailingly courteous and exceptionally helpful. When my it was really difficult to get my booster because my two AZ jabs had been in Malaysia, he went the extra mile and emailed a load of people in the NHS and then called me to let me know that he'd got clearance to jab me the following day. Absolutely beyond the call!

Just had my booster jab. I get incredibly anxious about getting the vaccines but Sarah (staff member) kept me calm and was so kind and lovely. I showed up early and was able to get in and out super fast. I was horrified before going in and I came out happy and in a good mood. :)

Helpful but ultimately couldn't deliver a solution, a like to give a second chance, late in the day got there a few minutes before their advertised closing hours, already shut, won't bother again.

In my experience this is the best pharmacy in Nottingham by a considerable distance. The staff are extremely polite, efficient and interested in helping members of the community. It is always a pleasure to speak with any member of the pharmacy team. They really know their business and they serve their customers with total professionalism and courtesy. This is the real difference one notices between a well-run independent business at the heart of the local community versus the big national multiples.

They've got a good selection of products at reasonable prices and there's great customer service and the staff's nice.
Though they could be a bit more organized when it comes to prescriptions.
The last two times I've been there it had already been taken and they had absolutely no clue and the next time part of the prescription had been forgotten about and left in the fridge.
Still, I'll come here again

I have been using this pharmacy for the entire time I have been n the UK which has been ten years. They know me personally by name which is great. They always know my needs and in fact they are so good often they have my medication waiting for me even before I have told them I am running out. It is like they have a good working knowledge of my needs. I don't know what I would do without them. I'd be lost. Please don't close on me. I need you.
