This Pharmacy used to be excellent under the management of Mr Phakey. Been a loyal customer for over 20+ years but recently management has really gone downhill. Victor the pharmacy manager has got my prescription wrong several times, when I visited he denied responsibility and was sarcastic and rude.
The new owner of this pharmacy is not concerned and has left management to incompetent managers like Victor. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

Extremely slow service. Phone takes extremely long time to be answered, with no system in place to handle calls so you don't even know if anyone is there or how many people are in queue. Not being open on Saturday afternoons is very restrictive, compared to almost every service industry which is open on Saturday as standard.
The staff themselves are friendly and give good advice and good consulting. But they are very clearly overworked and understaffed resulting in poor overall service. It's not the fault of the staff - more people need to be hired.

Just picked up some repeat prescription items. Was greeted by a very dour looking woman who was nothing short of abrupt in manner and did not look pleased for whatever reason. The young pharmacist, I've never seen before, barely made use of eye contact or a friendly manner when dealing with my prescriptions. When he asked me to sign a couple of prescriptions he was looking at someone else and paying no attention to my signing the prescriptions. Not sure what happened to the people with negative reviews but I have only relatively recently been using this place for about 8 months. They have been absolutely brilliant, the lady that takes most of the initial orders is such a nice person, she has a wonderful way with all the customers, young and old. She advised me about the prepayment card and saved me a fortune. The dispensing chap has always been polite and efficient. I can honestly say that this is one of the best of its kind in my experience.

I'm reading a lot of negative reviews but I honestly give it 5 stars. I use the pharmacy at least once a week and not only is their consulting advice really good but they really are very helpful all round and polite. They do prescriptions as quick as any other place. They do have new pharmacists since a lot of reviews.
