Thank you for a lovely couple of days, this is one of the nicest guest houses we've stayed in in Skegness.
We loved the especially the balcony, that was an extra special treat. The shower was lovely and the room was perfect! Thank you again we would stay here again 100%. Great staff, felt welcome from start to finish, quiet comfortable room great location balcony was a bonus allowing us to vape on. Top up was offered at breakfast to ensure you had plenty to eat staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The Laurels Hotel was built in the early 1800's of which still has its original character and features. You can see the Hotel in its former glory in the early 1800's as we have some original pictures framed in our Hotel. The Laurels Hotel is situated on South Parade Skegness Seafront, Over looking the Crown bowling Greens and Boating lakes.
There is plenty to see and do in Skegness, we hope that you will explore the local area and make the most of your stay. It is located in Ingoldmells on the sunny East Coast of Lincolnshire close to Skegness and just a stone's throw from the beach, Fantasy Island is the ultimate destination for the whole family.

Had two nights at the laurels Emma and Cathy were lovely hosts nothing was to much trouble the breakfast was excellent everything you could want cereals,juice,fruit,and a full english all very clean rooms the only downside in the interconnecting room which we were in although it was very clean and comfortable it was really small as was the ensuite think a family of 4 would struggle their were 3 of us but very nice place and I would go back

Just back from The Laurels Hotel Skegness. We stayed 5 nights in double room with balcony. The hostess and family were very friendly they have only been there since March and nothing is to much trouble.very clean and comfortable bed.we wish them all the best in their new adventure and we will definitely stay here again.

Tired room with uneven creaking floor directly above the owners kitchen so all cooking smells came up.
Mildew in the very cramped bathroom shower also light was hanging from the ceiling.
Licensed bar was advertised no sign of the bar.
Steep steps up to the door with no hand rail.
Advised ample parking 4 spaces at the rear of the premises with no direct access to "hotel"we have blue badges so parking was free on the sea front.
Stayed at better hotels for less money £190.00 for two nights breakfast was not included in this price .
Will never stay again .

The owner is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Now the room was spacious it had everything you would expect, but in my opinion the whole place needs dragging into the future. It's very outdated and needs modernisation. It is situated very close to the beach and the town centre, parking this time of year November is easy. 3 stars is a fair score.
