Terrible Insurer, absolutely hopeless customer service.
I needed a green card to go to Spain and visit family and look for a new business premises to relocate my business.
Green card was refused on my commercial vehicle because I was working.
So I said fair enough I will just go to visit my family and I can use their car to do work instead.
Still refused because they said they did not believe me!
A company that wants customers money but does not trust them, is not one I would recommend.
Also took 4 hrs on hold to achieve this.
