I had an appointment at Bellissima Bridal yesterday and although I didn’t find the one, I felt compelled to write a review as the customer service and experience was second to none.
My consultant was Lilly, who immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm approach.
I was a little disheartened by the whole wedding dress shopping in a COVID environment but Bellissima did their best to make it feel as normal as possible, whilst adhering to the restrictions.
After a brief consultation, I tried on a number of beautiful gowns that I had pre selected. After a lot of back and forth, I got down

Amelia was amazing. After having a baby 8 weeks prior to my appointment I was worried about trying on dresses for the first time and never expected to come away with one of the first dresses i tried on. From the very moment we entered she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and made the experience magical for us. Her experience and expertise really shines through when picking out dresses that match your wedding feel and your personalty. Would 100% recommend to any bride to be.

I went to Bellissima on my very first day of bridal dress shopping. Lily was my consultant and she immediately made me feel at ease. She was patient, knowledgeable and gave excellent feedback. The shop and dressing rooms were immaculate. My friend came along and she was also well looked after. Unfortunately I didn't walk away with a dress right there and then, but I left feeling pleased and with a much better idea of what I wanted. Have booked a second appointment! Thank you!
