Ordered a backdrop on Monday morning, needed it for Thursday. Item appeared in stock on the website. Paid for the 'express' two day shipping.
Come Wednesday, I send them an email to ask if the item has been shipped; turns out it's not even in stock and wouldn't be sent out until it arrives with them.
Let me down in front of a valued client; absolutely unacceptable in this line of work. I expressed my intense annoyance at the situation to only receive short, flippant responses and certainly no apology for wasting my (and my client's) time. Completely useless.

I ordered a backdrop and stand for next day delivery. After chasing my order on the day after it was supposed to arrive I was given tracking information, but only after trying to call them three times and emailing them. When it arrived four days later, it was only the backdrop. I chased again, two emails, got a reply saying they need to check the warehouse and that they would get back to me. Another chasing email and 3 days later I still dont have an answer. It's now been nine days since it all should have been delivered.

I always research before buying, and so glad I found Backdropsource. They were brilliant. Goods were of excellent quality and at a very affordable price = best value for money. Because they are not a brand supplier known to me, I rang them up and within 10 seconds was speaking to a real person...my queries were answered competently and reassuringly. The goods arrived next day and I've used them for portraits with great success to both client and my own satisfaction. Result!
