My name is Damian and I am a passionate Cheshire and Manchester Wedding photographer who love's to tell stories using an artistic visual narrative throughout your whole day, I am a lover of natural light, quirky romance, polaroids and my passion is to catch images that stir up an emotion, that takes you right back to that moment that you can even smell it, sense it, feel it and these are true wedding moments that can often get lost during the chaos of a wedding day.
My approach to a wedding day is to: NOT recreate anything, stop any proceedings, boss your day but to quite simply photograph genuine moments as they happen in a documentary reportage way using an artistic narrative flair, from the bridal prep fun right through to the crazy antics that happen on that dancefloor - I don't go home early and I like to throw down some dodgy shapes with the guests.

When we came across your blog, we knew no other photographer would be able to represent us like you. I am totally blown away by how incredible these images are, they take me right back there and i can feel all the love and energy that made that day so magical. You captured it perfectly. You honestly have such a talent and I will cherish these photos forever.
Wedding Film Photography for me just has that beautiful real magical soul feeling you cannot replicate using digital, this year (2019) I have been shooting so much more 35mm Film and Medium Format and I love the results and so do my clients so I am now going to shoot so much more alongside digital work, I have a few upcoming weddings that want me to shoot almost 100% film so please get in touch if you fancy your wedding shot this way.

We chose Damian for our wedding and truly, we could not have chosen better. Our wedding was a bringing together of two entirely different cultures and a huge concern of ours was to find a photographer who would catch that. As soon as we saw Damian's work we knew we had the man. Once we made contact with him and starting the communication, we were bowled over by his enthusiasm. Then we met him for our 'engagement shoot' and found him to be the nicest man imaginable. Our wedding photos are spectacular - Damian's eye for the natural shots, getting the moments you otherwise wouldn't ever have seen

Absolutely incredible photographer - we booked Damian for our wedding based on his beautiful portfolio online but we had no idea just how lucky we had been to find him. The photos he took are incredible and ethereal, they summon up all the emotions of the day & his style of photography is so relaxed and unobtrusive. We wanted a photographer who would tell the story of our day rather than make the photos a chore for everyone & boy did he deliver (plus he's great fun & a lovely guy to boot)

Damian photographed our wedding and we are totally in love with the images that he captured. He is so creative, every shot was different and original. He really understood us as a couple and knew what we wanted on the day. He is such an amazing guy, he fitted in perfectly with us and the rest of the party. We knew from seeing him and his pictures at friends weddings that he was the guy for us!

Where do I even begin...
Getting the right wedding photographer and the right 'look' and 'feel' for the day was so important to us and Damian has delivered more than we could have ever imagined. Every one of our photos (over 800 in the end!) were incredible and something we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.
Damian completely understood our vision for the day and went out of his way to capture the most amazing moments of our day - our pictures tell an incredible story from start to finish and 6 months on we still look at these regularly!

After deliberating hard about which photographer to use for our special day we choose Damian and we were not disappointed. Damian's work speaks for itself but his passion and ability to put everyone at ease while not being intrusive is really what sets him apart. That said he was actually a fantastic guest at the wedding and had everyone in stitches and great spirits!! Highly recommend!!

An amazing wedding photographer. We picked Damian because we loved the style of his work, but we never imagined ours would turn out to be so beautiful. On the day itself he made it so easy for us, getting all the perfect shots whilst ensuring we were able to enjoy the day and spend time with our guests. His fun, friendly attitude put everyone at ease and nothing was too much trouble – even lying in a wet field to get the perfect angle with the last light!

Damian is a truly talented photographer and we were so happy that he was able to be part of our day. He captured some wonderful moments and the pictures make me smile every time I look at them! It certainly helps that he is also an incredibly nice guy and lots of our guests commented on how much they liked him. After seeing Damian's work of other weddings I just knew I had to have him as our wedding photographer. We booked him as soon as we secured the venue. He is super talented at what he does and a really friendly guy too. He captured every single emotion and detail of our big day and we are over the moon with the finished pictures which are truly amazing! I cannot recommend Damian enough. Legend!
